Missionary Trip to the Amazon River

PURPOSE:

To equip the church, to fulfill the Great Commission by reaching the lost through preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ with signs, wonders and miracles. Mark 16:15

To teach believers hands on evangelism with follow up.

To make disciples obeying the Words of Christ.

WHERE:

To plan and organize the first stage which will be street by street, block by block in church neighborhood.

Second Stage, parks, malls, street corners, apartments, flea markets etc with permission by local authorities where needed.

TIME OF FELLOWSHIP:

After returning from evangelism to the Church Headquarters with results.

Testimonies should be shared by group to encourage and motivate for next event.

FOLLOW UP:

Give persons in charge of follow –up results with addresses and phone numbers to get in touch with the new believers.

Returning to the homes and apartments two weeks later by the same believers who previously evangelized them to get them to go to Church.

Leadership follow-up is a must for this evangelism to continue if it is not pushed from the pulpit it will not continue according to our experience.
